Fans of Corey Beaulieu know that he is deadly serious about his tone. So, when he partnered with Jackson to develop the Pro Series Corey Beaulieu Signature King V, he brought along a list of specs finetuned to deliver the vicious, searing sound that has cemented his status as a metalcore torchbearer. Putting his personal stamp on the Jackson King V (a guitar he’s loved since first seeing it strapped to Dave Mustaine’s shoulders), Corey loaded his signature model with high-output Seymour Duncan Blackout humbuckers, 24 jumbo nickel frets, and a Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo. Sweetwater is proud to offer the Corey Beaulieu Signature King V, a guitar as brash and distinctive as its infamous namesake.

The Corey Beaulieu Signature King V’s neck-through-body design improves resonance, drawing out complex harmonics and adding miles of sustain. Sporting an oil-finished maple neck with a Jackson Speed Profile and 24 jumbo nickel frets set on an ebony fingerboard, the Corey Beaulieu Signature King V is supremely comfortable and primed for fast and furious fretwork.

The Pro Series Corey Beaulieu Signature King V is loaded with a set of Seymour Duncan Blackout humbuckers. Voiced for heavy rock and metal, the Blackouts nail screaming lead tones and exhibit incredible articulateness to pull out the detail of complex chord voicings. These active pickups have loads of output, and the extremely low-noise design minimizes hum and buzz for unmatched clarity. But the Blackouts aren’t just for shredding and gnarly power chords. Their pure sound is suitable for many genres and playing styles and are equally awesome at producing clean and overdriven tones.





Floyd Rose locking tremolo for serious divebombs





Equipped with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo, the Corey Beaulieu Signature King V is a dive-bombing machine. The Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo is known for its sensitive response, so it’s ideal for expressive playing, including dramatic whammy effects and subtle vibratos. The locking nut along with custom sealed die-cast tuners deliver superior tuning stability, so you can crank on the tremolo arm all night long without continually having to retune mid-performance.
